Escape from the stress of your day & enjoy the tranquility of Gentle Yoga. This heart-centered class focuses on gentle poses, stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques designed to open your body and mind to a greater state of ease and calm.
Classes will be led by Betty Larrea, Certified Yoga Instructor and founder of Be Yoga Be Love. She provides her yoga curriculum and private yoga sessions for children and adults in schools, organizations and homes throughout NJ & NY. We are pleased to have Betty at the Library!
Please wear comfortable clothes & bring a yoga mat or blanket.
